Marvel's Avengers may be the tenth PS5, PS4 game to be removed from PS Plus Extra and Premium this month. Time is running out to earn all those Marvel's Avengers trophies through PS Plus Extra and Premium. The live-service title looks to be the tenth game leaving PS Plus following WWE 2K22's recent removal. Marvel's Avengers is scheduled to leave PS Plus extra on March 31st, 2023 which affects both PS5 and PS4 versions. Update: Marvel's Avengers is still available on PS Plus and it looks like the original source was incorrect about Marvel's Avengers leaving PS Plus Extra. March 31st is also the date that Square Enix will cease to support Marvel's Avengers with new content, so it makes sense as to why Sony would also choose to have the title leave PS Plus on this date as well. The removal was spotted by PlayStation Lifestyle, though, we have been unable to find the announcement of Marvel's Avengers removal ourselves. Nothing is stated on the PS Store when you view the game and it is also not listed with the already announced PS Plus leaving titles. Marvel's Avengers, at the very least, will still allow you to play the campaign offline and jump into multiplayer as long as the servers are live. Although, Crystal Dynamics has stated that there are no promises about Marvel's Avengers' future, so get your playtime in while you still can. What do you make of all this? Disappointed that the game looks to be leaving PS Plus? Do you think the game deserves a lot of the hate it gets? Do you think the title is secretly one of the best PS5 games? Or is that a complete stretch? Let us know in the comments down below!
