Like a Dragon Ishin trophies have been revealed ahead of the game's PS5 and PS4 release on February 21st, 2023.

The Like a Dragon Ishin trophies give us a glimpse of all the little differences Like a Dragon Ishin make to the Yakuza formula. Instead of hostesses, Ishin has courtesans; instead of racing RC cars, Ishin races chickens. It seems only Like a Dragon Ishin's platinum trophy is exactly the same as the rest of the Yakuza games — it's deeply time-consuming.

Like a Dragon Ishin has 56 trophies, and just like the Yakuza series trophies, you'll have to do a little bit of everything in the game to complete the list and take home the platinum (to reveal the 11 secret trophies, please use this link). You'll need to beat the game on the hardest difficulty, complete all the side missions, get deeply invested in the bigger minigames like the Another Life farming and the Battle Dungeon — and that's just the expected stuff.

You'll also need to complete the Diligence Record by performing repetitive tasks like walking certain distances and beating people up a lot. You'll need to play every minigame, order all the food at every restaurant, and somehow afford 100 upgrades at the blacksmiths. It's a long list that, if any of the other games are any indication, will take you about 80 hours to platinum at best. That name change from Yakuza to Like a Dragon hasn't changed the core of these games one bit, it seems.
