Tales of Symphonia Remastered trophies bring a platinum grind to PS4

By Lee Brady,

Tales of Symphonia Remastered trophies on PS4 will push diehard action RPG fans to the limit if they want to obtain the game's platinum trophy when the game launches February 17th, 2023.

Tales of Symphonia Remastered trophies have arrived ahead of the launch of one of the best PS4 action RPGs later this week. There are 40 trophies, none of which are hidden, and all of which are exactly the same as the game's original PS3 trophy list.

Tales PS4Tales of Symphonia Remastered brings its brutal trophies to PS4.

Easily one of the best co-op games on PlayStation thanks to its local four-player mode, Tales of Symphonia Remastered doesn't offer much in the way of changes for the classic PS2 game besides improved graphics. One thing it certainly offers, however, is another chance to earn Tales of Symphonia's brutal platinum trophy.

To obtain the platinum, players are going to have to fully level up every available character, participate in every possible event, and perform a bunch of missable feats that, unless played very strategically, will likely require a second playthrough to finish. That's what's in store if you want to unlock all the 'titles' for each character, but you'll also need to complete a monster list, collect everything in sight, and play for over 100 hours. Anyone who tried to earn this platinum on PS3 is probably experiencing Tales of Symphonia-induced PTSD just thinking about it.
