Figment 2 Creed Valley trophies revealedThe sequel to Figment is coming on March 9th, 2023 for PS5 and PS4 — and we have the trophies for you. Dusty and Piper are delving deep into the human brain as they adventure through The Mind to restore peace to The Moral Compass. With puzzles to complete and platforms to bounce over, as well as local and online co-op, you'll be battling bosses to restore sanity. We got to speak to communications manager Hans Haave at developer Bedtime Digital Games all about the trophies, and here is what they had to say. "There will be a good mix of story-related trophies that you acquire by completing the game, [and] some added for flavour," Haave told us. "I also like trophies that address what's happening in-game in a meta sort of way." With co-op trophies sometimes proving a problem, Haave said you needn't worry: "No, we can't expect everyone to play the co-op mode and it feels forceful to have a trophy requiring that." The Jester dances in the human mind in Figment 2 Creed ValleyThe recent buzz around whether trophies should be included in games at all led us to wonder whether Bedtime Digital thought trophies were worth including. Haave responded, "Yes [they should be included], they satisfy the completionists and further emphasize the mechanics of a game, like the Slam-KABAM trophy which rewards players using the friendly fire between enemies." Another favourite of the developers is the Patient Listener trophy. "It's not one you can automatically get and the dialogue you have to listen to in order to get the trophy is quite funny." So, take a look at the list below and let us know if you are looking forward to any of the trophies! Meanwhile, we hope it can find a spot on our competitive list of best indie games on PlayStation someday.Figment 2 Creed Valley trophy listNameDescriptionBlack Hog DownDefeat the Nightmare in Outer CerebrumFight like an idiotDeal with The Jester in Conviction LaneRepair the Mind Validation MachineComplete The Ethics MazeElementary, My Dear DustySolve the crime in Principle SquareFlee like an idiotEncounter The Jester in Limbic Uplands*** Spoiler - click to reveal ***Dance like an idiot*** Spoiler - click to reveal ***Dance with The Jester in The Moral Compass Core*** Spoiler - click to reveal ***I'm Back at the Surface nowComplete the gameRemembering of the pastUnlock your first memorySlam-KABAMHave a Slammer destroy an enemyHeavy ThoughtsUse a Thought Block to kill an enemyOuch, that hurt!Get hit in the head by a Coco BulbGOAAAAAAAAAL!Score a goal in Principle Square*** Spoiler - click to reveal ***You're a-MAZE-ing!*** Spoiler - click to reveal ***Complete the entire Ethics Maze without taking any wrong turns*** Spoiler - click to reveal ***A Heavy ThinkerEnjoy some cerebrum cider in Principle SquareWhac-A-WorkerFulfill the wishes of the Worker Opinion in Principle SquarePatient ListenerListen through the entire work-life-balance argument in Conviction LaneFigment 2 Creed Valey is releasing on March 9th, 2023 for PS5, PS4, and other platforms.
