Clean Tomb Raider's filthy mansion in new Powerwash Simulator free DLC

By Kes Eylers-Stephenson,

PowerWash Simulator is coming to PS5 and PS4 on January 31st, but the more important news is that you'll finally be able to mop after the iconic Lara Croft in some Tomb Raider DLC. Better get scrubbing, you filthy animals.

PowerWash Simulator trophies will be srubbing onto PS5 and PS4 on January 31st, the developers have confirmed. In addition, when indie sensation PowerWash Simulator does finally launch, you'll be able to download some free Tomb Raider DLC.

PowerWash Simulator release date for PS5 and PS4 confirmed

There we have it folks, the developers have confirmed that PowerWash Simulator will release on PS5 and PS4 on January 31st, 2023 with free Tomb Raider DLC. We nearly wrapped up our equipment, mopped the floors and went home — this news of one of the most hotly anticipated PlayStation indies was more than enough for us. But then, off the top rope comes an announcement that PowerWash Simulator is getting Tomb Raider DLC. Get the hoses out folks — we've got Croft Manor to clean!

The news was confirmed on Twitter and comes with a showreel of all the cleaning we will be getting up to. There will be a mini-campaign that apparently has a short story as well as five new levels. We've got fountains and windows coated in grime while Ms Croft has been busy dying on an island letting this gorgeous Grade 1 listing go to ruin. The dinosaurs need a bit of help too, they haven't been washed in many moons, and the weapons are rusting. The obstacle course is trashed, too.

Are you a big advocate of getting PowerWash Sim on PS5? Have you been long awaiting for it to come? Do you think the Xbox Game Pass smash hit will make it to PS Plus? Let us know in the comments!
