PS Plus Essential monthly games for PS5, PS4 available now By Kes Eylers-Stephenson, 26 Oct 2022 FollowtopicsPlayStation PlusKes Eylers-Stephenson Sony officially unveiled three games coming to PS5 and PS4 as part of November 2022's monthly games lineup for PS Plus Essential, Extra, and Premium users. Harry Potter magic comes along with a Soulslike and a sci-fi title. Update: Your three monthly games are available to download right now. Original Story: The PlayStation Plus Essential games for November 2022 have been officially unveiled by Sony. While a leak might have spoiled the surprise, this month PS Plus will offer a Harry Potter LEGO experience as well as some Soulslike fun in feudal Japan.PS Plus monthly games November 2022PlayStation Blog revealed that there will be two PS5 games and one PS4 game. The PS Plus monthly games from October 2022 will become unavailable as of Monday next week, so make sure you download them as soon as possible. The Extra and Premium-only games will be revealed later this month (you can still download these Essential games) — so check out our PlayStation Plus monthly article for a glimpse in the future.Nioh 2 — PS5, PS4Nioh 2 is now coming to the service in both the Remastered version for PS5 and the original PS4 version. A souls-like game of very high standard from Team Ninja, expect to be wowed as much as you are challenged. It is set in the Sengoku period and uses a complex combat system to hook you in before slicing you down. The Nioh 2 trophies is a 100-hour experience of middling difficulty depending on your familiarity and skill level, making it longer than most of its Soulsborne comrades.Lego Harry Potter Collection — PS4This pack contains both Lego Harry Potter Years 1-4 and Lego Harry Potter Years 5-7. Both are really good games and really tease out the best of both the magic of the wizarding World and the creativity of Lego. These were made in the time of funny little mumbles instead of voice acting and we think that that actually makes this one a bit better than most of the other Lego efforts over the years. The Lego Harry Potter Years 1-4 are very easy, only requiring a bit of replaying. For whatever reason, we found the Lego Harry Potter Years 5-7 game is a bit harder — but not much so as it requires more collecting. Love it. Heavenly Bodies — PS5, PS4Heavenly Bodies is a fun little sci-fi jaunt coming to both PS5 and PS4 as part of Plus. This is mostly physics-based bantery fun. There are quite a few historical spacefaring titbits not to take a peek at, but you are best playing this with a mate in co-op. As for the Heavenly Bodies trophies, they don't look particularly hard and just seem like a collection-type deal. Let us know if you have any further insight! Do you like the looks of these? Will they join the ranks of the best PS Plus games, or indeed, the underrated PS Plus games?
