PS5 new firmware update released

Sony has just released a firmware update for the PS5 called 22.01-05.02.00. Where the last one was an exciting overhaul to the PS5 interface, this one is a nice and relaxing ride.

Here we are, you and I, on the rapids of PlayStation life in our little canoe. Watch as a few details drift by: the new PS5 update is a smidge over 1GB; it's ready to be downloaded right now; and it won't alter trophies in any meaningful way.

Feel the breeze whip past us and the river playfully trickle into the hull of our well-hewn watercraft. But watch out: the river is running faster as the main detail approaches, so be careful where you dip that oar!
