Over on the GrubbSnax show, hosted by insider and journalist Jeff Grubb, VGC have reported that Grubb has started talking about the next entry into BioWare's fantasy series.

“That brings us to Dragon Age 4, which I’ve heard is in very good shape... Overall, when they look at where they’re supposed to be at [in the development cycle], they are hitting their milestones and where they’re supposed to be, and the game is on schedule." Grubb has noted that "it is still at least 18 months out from today, so not early 2023, maybe late 2023, maybe. That seems to be the earliest you can begin to expect it."

BioWare is keen to keep Dragon Age details squirrelled away in the deepest darkest dungeon. Every now and again, we do get some small reminders that the team is working on the game. The new Dragon Age experience is set in Tevinter and we have a new piece of concept art. BioWare's Gary McKay recently noted that the game is a "single-player experience that is built on choices that matter." That sounds in line with the identity of the series so far.

How are we feeling about Jeff Grubb's update? Happy to hear that 2023 should be the staging ground for your battle with Solas? Let us know in the comments!
