PS5 Remote Play update allows for full DualSense compatibility with mobile

By Kes Eylers-Stephenson,
Sony has announced that the PlayStation 5's wonderful new DualSense controller will now be compatible when using the Remote Play function on mobile devices with Android 12.

Remote Play allows users to stream their PS5 or PS4 screen to their mobile device (or Vita!). However, full support for the DualSense when connecting the controller to your mobile has been missing since the launch of the console. With the new update, however, all that is fixed and you can now use the DualSense while playing in Remote Play with an Android 12 device. In addition, if using the DualShock 4, there is now rumble, touchpad, and motion support to keep the experience of transitioning to the smaller screen as seamless as possible. If you are using Android 10, you can still play, just without the extra rumble, touchpad, and motion features.

Do you play games using remote play? Do you like the rumble off while playing games on a smaller screen? Let us know in the comments!
