Grand Theft Auto trilogy remaster listed on Korean rating board

By Sean Carey,
The long-rumoured GTA remastered trilogy has been leaked by the Korean rating board, which seems to verify reports that three classic Grand Theft Auto games are coming to modern consoles.

GTA Remastered Trilogy

Grand Theft Auto: The Trilogy - The Definitive Edition was rated by Korea's Game Management Committee today, according to the newly found listing. Sadly, it doesn't give us any other information about the collection, well, other than it's not suitable for kids, which was kind of a given.

It's been rumoured for a while now that a GTA remastered trilogy is in the works. A recent report from Kotaku claimed that a remastered trilogy was in development and would include Grand Theft Auto III, Grand Theft Auto: Vice City, and Grand Theft Auto: San Andreas. The report also said the remasters have been developed using Unreal Engine, and the collection will launch in either late October or early November for PS5, PS4, Xbox Series X|S, Xbox One, Switch, PC, Stadia, and mobile phones.

If this rating is real and Kotaku's report is correct, then we could hear more on Grand Theft Auto: The Trilogy - The Definitive Edition pretty soon. As soon as we hear of something, we'll let you know!

Will you be picking up Grand Theft Auto: The Trilogy - The Definitive Edition if it turns out to be a real thing? Let us know your thoughts in the comments!
