PlayStation Now lineup for September revealed

By Kes Eylers-Stephenson,
PlayStation Now is receiving an extra seven games for September, including the first of the previously announced monthly Final Fantasy additions, Final Fantasy VII. The PlayStation Blog notes these will be steamable and downloadable from today.

Tekken 7

Tekken 7 is a champ. It's been around forever, allowing you to beat the living daylights out of muscled men, women, leopard-men, pandas, and grandpas alike. This edition has Bruce Lee and has evolved the core fighting mechanics for its original 2017 release. The game will be available until February 28th, 2022.

Killing Floor 2

Killing Floor 2 is a co-op survival shooter. You face off against waves of enemies and bosses until you can no longer stand. Enemy designs are disgusting, as are the gory headshots. Fun for all the (slightly psychotic) family!

Final Fantasy VII

Final Fantasy VII is an RPG classic that has been everywhere and is known by everyone. You play as Cloud Strife, facing off against eco-warriors in a story that still captivates in the PS4 port, even after the glory of the Remake. Plus, you can get a good taste of the most popular entry into the series ahead of Final Fantasy VIII in November!

Windbound

Windbound is a survival adventure. Your character washes ashore on an island and you must build a boat to survive and return to civilisation. There is plenty to get stuck into for a weekend play here, so it might be worth giving it a shot.

Pathfinder: Kingmaker – Definitive Edition

Pathfinder: Kingmaker might be one of the most underrated single-player RPGs in recent memory, we just keep hearing how good it is on the grapevine at TT. Unfortunately, none of us has given it a shot. But now there is no excuse, off we go to the land of medieval fun!

Ghost of a Tale

Ghost of a Tale wasn't really on our radar, to be honest. Then we found out that you play as a minstrel mouse and it was firmly on it. Has some really solid reviews and seems like a fun time in a fascinating Redwall-like world. Off we go again, will you join us?

Moonlighter

Moonlighter is an action RPG, making this a month full of the genre! There are realms and dimensions at play for a shopkeeper, which seems like a very novel concept. Check out the trailer above to see if it is for you!

That is the PlayStation Now lineup for September, launching today. Let us know if this is going to rope you in, or if there is a game that you will be playing! See you in the comments!
