You can play Far Cry 5 for free this weekend

If you're wondering what to play first this weekend, don't forget that Far Cry 5 will be available to play for free on PS4 and PS5 from the 5th to the 9th of August.

There's no limits on what parts of the game you can play — you'll have access to the entire game in solo play or two-player co-op. If you then decide you're liking it, Far Cry 5 is currently on sale and your game progress will carry across with you. Far Cry 5 has you working against a cult known as The Project at Eden's Gate. You'll be inciting a resistance against the cult and its leader, Joseph Seed, in an effort to liberate Hope County from its influence.

Far Cry 5 is free to play starting tomorrow, August 5th, until the 9th. Will you be stepping into Hope County? Let us know in the comments!
