PlayStation Plus lineup for July revealed

By Sean Carey,
Sony has now revealed July's PlayStation Plus lineup, which includes yet another PS5 game, A Plague Tale: Innocence, and both WWE 2K Battlegrounds and Call of Duty: Black Ops 4 for PS4. All three games are available to download from July 6th until August 2nd.

A Plague Tale: Innocence - PS5 version only

PlayStation Plus subscribers can download the PlayStation 5 version of the superb, A Plague Tale: Innocence, when it launches on July 6th. The next-gen version supports 4K resolution, 60fps, and 3D Audio, so you can hear every scuttle and squeak from those plague-ridden rats. Set during Medieval France, you play as Amica, who, along with her younger brother Hugo, are hunted by relentless Inquisition soldiers across the rat-infested country.

Call of Duty: Black Ops 4

If you're in the mood for some action-packed multiplayer fun, Call of Duty: Black Ops 4 has got you covered with its three multiplayer modes. You've got your standard multiplayer, Zombies mode, and the battle royale-style mode, Blackout, which pits you against 99 other players in a deathmatch to be the last person standing. Sadly, Black Ops 4 does not feature a single-player campaign.

WWE 2K Battlegrounds

Finally, we have WWE 2K Battlegrounds, which offers over-the-top arcade-style wrestling action. Rise through the ranks as a young wrestler in a new story mode that pits you against some of WWE's most legendary superstars. The game also features both local and online multiplayer, so you can "layeth the smacketh down" on your pals wherever they may be.

All three of these games will be available to download from July 6th until August 2nd. Don't forget to download June's PS Plus games, which includes Star Wars: Squadrons, Virtua Fighter 5 Ultimate Showdown, and Operation Tango.
