A Plague Tale: Innocence getting free PS5 upgrade in July

By Kes Eylers-Stephenson,
A Plague Tale: Innocence is getting a fantastic PS5 upgrade on July 6th, featuring 60fps, 3D audio support, and 4K. We are scared of rats. Please send help.

During the Xbox Games Showcase Extended event, a trailer gave us a highlight reel of the story-focused game running with every possible pixel. A Plague Tale: Requiem was announced by the team in green at E3, so getting involved with the Focus Home Interactive-published A Plague Tale: Innocence with all the bells and whistles is probably a good call. Sean tells me there is an incredible story and an easy platinum, so there is no excuse!

The new version will arrive on July 6th for PS5. It features 60fps, 3D audio support (so get that Pulse Headset strapped on), and the 4K resolution boost so you can look at all those yucky rats in high detail. The English Inquisition’s formidable invasion of medieval France during the Hundred Years War will soon be ready for you guys to enjoy in its best-looking form! We're legally obliged to say that we're joking, of course: that time period was seriously horrible, didn't look so good in reality, and we certainly don't endorse invasions of France motivated by the pompous ego of legacy families.

Will you be jumping back in? Or will you finally clear this game out of your backlog like I will be doing? Talk all about it with fellow family members of the House TT in the comments.
