Hood: Outlaws & Legends update fixes some unobtainable and glitched trophies

By Kes Eylers-Stephenson,
Hood: Outlaws & Legends's newest update is adding a snowy map. More importantly, it will fix an unobtainable trophy and some glitched ones.

The trophies being fixed in Patch 1.5 are The Ballad Unfolds, The Ballad Ends, Heroic Deeds, and Merry Men. In particular, The Ballad Ends was posing a problem for players and not unlocking for those who had completed its requirements before patch 1.4. Developer Sumo Digital now says that partly discontinued/unobtainable trophies should now unlock for players who previously met its requirements after completing a match.

In other, much less significant news for you guys, the new free map called Mountain is a "snowy and dangerous playground for you to explore." There are two areas with huge overlooks and coverless passes that are bridged together making it a "fresh and deadly challenge for all of you Outlaws."

These are the patch notes pulled from the forums:

Patch 1.5 patch notes

Mountain is now available!

  • Fight the State and other Outlaws on the dangerous bridges and cliffside paths near the great Mountain known as Storgramand.

Achievements/Trophies

Players that have reached the requirements for the following achievements without them unlocking properly will now unlock them when they complete a match.
  • The ballad Unfolds
  • The Ballad Ends
  • Heroic Deeds
  • Merry Men

Combat

  • Robin and Marianne should no longer be obstructed when aiming between narrow lines of sight, such as crenelations.

UI

  • A few lines on experience rewards now appear correctly translated in the post-match screen.
You can go out and download Patch 1.5 now. Keep us posted on trophies and we will be sure to write an article about it!

Thanks to Maxumilli0n for the news tip.

Hey, I'm Kes! I'm a Staff Writer, and I've been here since 2021. What do I like? The Outer Wilds is top notch. The Witcher 3 blew my mind over the course of five years completing it. I want Burnout back — I really miss crunching mechanical wonders into walls to the sound of Guns N' Roses. Cool, now we are acquainted, I'll see you around.
