Trek to Yomi gets PS5 launch in 2022

Trek to Yomi will take us on a "voyage beyond life and death" according to a new trailer released during Devolver Digital's E3 showcase. A new release window was also confirmed.

According to Trek to Yomi's Steam page, the side-scrolling samurai game will feature a "streamlined combat system based around the traditional weapons of the samurai." The player must deal with human enemies and "supernatural beings." Stong Ghost of Tsushima vibes over here, and we are all about it!

"As a vow to his dying Master, the young swordsman Hiroki is sworn to protect his town and the people he loves against all threats. Faced with tragedy and bound to duty, the lone samurai must voyage beyond life and death to confront himself and decide his path forward."
