Rad new trailer for Ubisoft's Riders Republic confirms September release, dude

At Ubisoft Forward, the publisher showcased its totally extreme, totally rad-looking sports MMO Riders Republic and it looks totally sick. The new trailer gives us a little gameplay and confirms a September 2nd release date.

Up to 64 players can participate in one multiplayer arena for reaching or capture the flag events. "Grab your skis, snowboard, bike, or wingsuit and explore an open world sports paradise where the rules are yours to make— or break," says the bro-dude announcer. The last time Riders Republic was mentioned by Ubisoft was when it was delayed from the original February release window. The confirmation of a September 2nd release date places it amongst the first line of endless waves of huge hitting AAA games. Let's hope this white-knuckle title hits the gaming zeitgeist!
