Rainbow Six: Extraction coming September 16th, gameplay revealed

By Luke Albigés,
Tom Clancy's Rainbow Six: Extraction got a huge blowout and a surprising release date during the Ubisoft Forward event at E3 2021. The co-op shooter will launch for PS5 and PS4 on September 16th.

Extraction pits the Siege Operators against a slimy alien threat, with parasitic organisms coming in all shapes and sizes and spreading gross black goop everywhere they go. Each Operator will have their own set of skills and tools (a lot of which will be familiar to Siege players) to use in the battle against the bizarre beasts, and the game can be played either solo or in co-op with up to two buddies. Interestingly, losing an ally to the aliens will see them go MIA, and you'll have to stage a rescue mission with the others before you can use them again.

Rainbow Six: Extraction comes to PS5 and PS4 on September 16th. Up for kicking some alien butt? Do those things even have butts? Let us know what you think below!
