Hatoful Boyfriend, the bizarre dating sim where you roleplay as a pigeon and try to woo other birds, and its sequel, Hatoful Boyfriend: Holiday Star, are being delisted from the PlayStation Store at the end of this month.
Hato Mao, the avian dating sim's creator, announced the news on Twitter, explaining that both games will be removed from the digital storefront due to publishing agreements coming to an end. Moa then points fans with ruffled feathers and who want to know more about the situation in the direction of Fall Guys developer, Mediatonic, who is credited with developing the Hatoful games and has the authority to make publishing decisions.
The news means that if you don't own either of these two games, you'll need to purchase them before May 31st, which is when they'll be removed from the PlayStation Store for good. Both games have only ever been released digitally, so you won't find any physical copies fluttering their wings out in the wild.
