Biomutant gets new PS4 and PS4 Pro gameplay footage

By Heidi Nicholas,
Biomutant, which launches just over a week from now on May 25th, has just got new comparison videos showing off how it runs on PS4, PS4 Pro, Xbox One, and Xbox One X. Check out the PS4 footage below.

THQ Nordic has confirmed that Biomutant runs at 1080p/30fps with dynamic resolution on PS4 and Xbox One, and at 1080p/60fps with dynamic resolution on PS4 Pro and Xbox One X. The PlayStation footage comes first in both videos, at around five seconds in, and features a good mix of combat and exploration, showing off a little of Biomutant's colourful world and wacky weapons.

When Biomutant launches next week, you'll have the choice of either reuniting the tribes and saving the Tree of Life from the world-eaters, or helping to bring about the end of the New World. If you think this "post-apocalyptic kung-fu fable" might be for you, don't forget to check out our Biomutant round-up of everything we know so far.

Biomutant launches on May 25th.

Hey, I'm Heidi! I've just finished studying a Masters in English Literature, but I've been obsessed with gaming since long before then. I began on the PS2 with Spyro, before graduating to the Xbox 360 and disappearing into Skyrim. I'm now a loyal RPG fan, but I still like to explore other genres — when I'm not playing Assassin's Creed Odyssey, or being lured back into Red Dead Redemption 2 or The Witcher 3!
