Control Ultimate Edition headlines February's PS Plus games

Sony has now revealed February's PlayStation Plus lineup, and this time we don't have one, but two PlayStation 5 games to claim through the monthly subscription. PS Plus subscribers will be able to download Control Ultimate Edition, Destruction AllStars, and Concrete Genie from February 2nd.

Third-person action-adventure Control Ultimate Edition sees you play as Jesse Faden, the director of the Federal Bureau of Control, whose headquarters have been overrun by a supernatural enemy. You'll need to use your own supernatural abilities to explore the vast, shapeshifting Oldest House building and wipe out the ominous threat. The Ultimate Edition includes both DLC expansions, The Foundation and AWE.

Control Ultimate Edition is available to download on both PS4 and PS5, but if you're a PS5 player, Sony notes that you can use the console's new Game Help feature for hints and walkthroughs. Control Ultimate Edition's PS5 performance and graphics upgrade (for digital copies) also rolls out on February 2nd.

Destruction AllStars is our second PS5 game of the month that brings vehicular combat to Sony's latest console. You'll "entertain the crowds by bringing controlled chaos to the vehicular combat arena of this metal-crunching multiplayer game." There are four different game modes to play and 16 characters, each with their own abilities and unique hero vehicles to pick from. Sony has also released a brief State of Play video on Destruction AllStars, finally showcasing some proper gameplay. Destruction AllStars is available to download from February 2nd to April 5th.

Finally, we have Concrete Genie, which also can be played in virtual reality. You'll be picking up a magic paintbrush to return the dirty and dank town of Denska to its former vibrant glory. Using Living Paint, you'll need to create special genies that will help you solve puzzles and keep bullies at bay. Concrete Genie includes two VR modes.

Control Ultimate Edition and Concrete Genie are available to download from February 2nd to March 1st, while Destruction AllStars is available from February 2nd to April 5th.
