Kojima Productions confirms it's working on a new project

By Sean Carey,
After months of hint-dropping and teasing, Kojima Productions has finally confirmed that it's working on a new project. However, in typical Kojima style, absolutely nothing has been said about what the mysterious project might be.

Kojima Productions made the announcement over on Twitter while advertising for people to join the team. The tweet gives nothing away about the new project but does say that the developer is looking for "best-in-class talent" to work at its Tokyo studio. Looking at the company's career page, Kojima Productions is currently looking to fill over 25 vacancies for programmers, game designers, artists, and more.

Hideo Kojima has bee dropping hints for months now about a new game, with many believing a sequel to 2019's Death Stranding could be on the way. In a previous tweet, Kojima shared concept art of what looks to be some sort of futuristic vehicle with the word "Bridges" on the drawing. Bridges refers to the primary organisation in Death Stranding, and the protagonist Sam Bridges and his family.

As soon as we find out more about this mysterious project, we'll update you.
