NBA 2K21 confirmed as a PlayStation 5 launch title

The next-gen version of NBA 2K21 will launch alongside the PlayStation 5 on November 12th and November 19th.

NBA 2K21 launched earlier this month on PS4, and if you purchased the NBA 2K21 Mamba Forever edition, you'll receive a free next-gen upgrade to the PS5 version. If you own the standard edition, 2K says you'll need to purchase the game again to play the upgraded PS5 version.

According to 2K, the next-gen version features, "new additions and improvements only possible on PS5 and Xbox Series X," including two-second load times. 2K will be revealing more on this soon.

NBA 2K21 for PS5 costs $69.99/£64.99 and launches on either November 12th or November 19th depending on your region. Preorders are live now.
