By Sean Carey,
Current-gen versions of Dirt 5 have once again been delayed. PS4, Xbox One and PC editions of the rally title will now launch on November 6th.

No reason was given for the delay by Codemasters in its statement posted over on Twitter. PS5 and Xbox Series X versions are still planned for later this year and remain unaffected. Those that have ordered the Amplified Edition be able to access the game three days early on November 3rd.

Dirt 5 was supposed to launch on October 9th but was pushed back by a week. Codemasters also reiterated in its statement that those who one a current-gen copy will receive a next-gen optimised version free of charge when it launches.

Over on TrueAchievements, we got hands-on with Dirt 5's Playgrounds mode, and had a blast with the new feature. Dirt 5's lead game designer also spoke to us about how the Codemasters comes up with its achievement/trophy lists .

Dirt 5 will now November 6th for PS4.
