By Sean Carey,
Ahead of the game's release, Predator: Hunting Grounds is getting a free weekend for all PlayStation Plus subscribers and PC players. The free trial will start on March 27th and will run through to March 29th. Cross-play will be supported between the two platforms.

Predator: Hunting Grounds is a 4 vs 1 multiplayer shooter. Players will take control of either the Predator itself or a member of an elite paramilitary unit. As one of the paramilitary members, players will need to complete certain objectives before they fall prey to the Predator. They'll also come up against AI enemies and will have to use the environment to their advantage. The Predator is equipped with several different gadgets to help locate the soldiers and has an arsenal of high-tech weaponry to dispatch them with.

According to a post over on PlayStation Blog, to access the trial, you'll need to download it from the PlayStation Store on March 27th. The trial will be available to access from 4 PM GMT/5 PM PST.

Predator: Hunting Grounds releases on April 24th.

I grew up on everything PlayStation — mainly Metal Gear Solid, with a brief foray into the world of Xbox. Nowadays, you'll find me mainly playing multiplayer PC games such as Mordhau, but with the recent addition of the Xbox Games Pass for PC, I'm looking forward to improving my TA Score and completion percentage!
