We are currently unable to scan gamers due to unexpected changes on Sony's end of the process. We're looking into it as a priority and will let you know as soon as we have an update.
We have turned off scanners completely for now while we investigate this issue.
We will still receive new trophy lists and DLC lists in the meantime.
Please note that as this is a Sony-side issue, we can't guarantee exactly when the fix will be in place. However rest assured we are looking into workarounds that can get everything up and running as soon as possible.
