Most recently, all of the Judgment headlines have been regarding a yakuza character called Kyohei Hamura. After the actor's unfortunate arrest, developer Ryu Ga Gotoku Studio set about replacing the character in the game while publisher SEGA set about replacing the game's promotional material ready for its release in a couple of months. However, now the spotlight has moved on to the game's protagonist character, Takayuki Yagami, and more specifically, to the actor who lends his voice acting talents to the role.
Players will assume the role of Takayuki Yagami, a "skateboard kick-flipping, drone-operating, leather-donning private investigator" who is tasked with trying to solve a murder in the city of Kamurocho. The English-speaking voice actor for the character is Greg Chun, and the latest trailer features a behind-the-scenes interview with the man who will be bringing Yagami to life.
Players will be able to join Yagami on his journey when the game arrives in the west on June 25th.
