YIIK Will Miss Out on Limited Run Vita Release

Back at E3, Limited Run revealed plans for limited physical versions of a large number of PlayStation 4 games, as well as a few PlayStation Vita titles. The latter would likely be some of the last physical titles to be produced for the platform since Sony would be ending production of the cartridge at the end of fiscal year 2018. Unfortunately one of those will not be YIIK: A Postmodern RPG. While a Vita version of the game is currently in development, it only exists on PlayStation 4, Switch and PC right now. As the deadline is looming for the company to order PlayStation Vita games, Limited Run has confirmed this means the title won't be ready in time.

The game will still be getting a PlayStation 4 Limited Run version although the release date is currently TBA. In the meantime, if you fancy trying the game out right now, it's available for purchase digitally from the PlayStation Store.
