Surprise Firmware Update For the PlayStation Vita

The PS Vita is getting a surprise firmware update, users are reporting. There's nothing official on Sony's side yet and the update's notes are pretty vague, but GearNuke did some digging and found it's probably security related. For those of you interested in the jargon, here's the sum of the update:
