RESIDENT EVIL 2 1-Shot Demo Available Today

The Resident Evil 2 1-Shot Demo which we originally discovered back in December is now available to download in the UK and is expect to appear everywhere else shortly. It'll set you back a fair chunk of GB, and you only have thirty minutes to get as far as you can. Once your time is up, the demo is over.

Here is the UK download link, along with the official description:

This specially tuned demo allows you to experience the newly reimagined Resident Evil 2, but be warned: whilst you can continue as many times as you like after dying, you'll only have 30 MINUTES to complete the demo. Take in the horror atmosphere at your own pace, or make a desperate dash to solve all the puzzles Raccoon Police Department has to offer? The choice is yours!
Early reports in a Reddit thread suggest that you can't simply speed-run into later sections of the game; past a certain point the game will end even if you have taken less than thirty minutes, and a screen will congratulate you and let you know your time played. It's been confirmed that you can die in the demo and still continue — the only limitation is that 30 minute clock.

The demo is 7.91 GB on the PlayStation 4. Act fast — the demo disappears after January 31st.

While the achievements haven't yet been revealed on PlayStation servers, those who really want to know can check out the leak from earlier in the week. As soon as the official list appears you will find it on our Resident Evil 2 Trophies page.
