Jump Force Gets Open Beta Later This Month

Due to be released next month, publisher Bandai Namco has announced that players will be able to get their hands on their upcoming fighting title Jump Force earlier than that. Beginning on January 18th, a series of open beta sessions have been scheduled for players to try out the online multiplayer section of the title with a variety of stages and characters. The four sessions will be held at different times between January 18th and 20th. You can see the full schedule below. All times are in Central European Time.

Players will be able to play matches on five stages — Hong Kong, Matterhorn, Mexico, Namek, and New York. They'll also be able to try out the moves of 17 of the game's characters from a variety of manga series:

  • Frieza
  • Goku
  • Gon
  • Himura Kenshin
  • Hisoka
  • Ichigo Kurosaki
  • Kenshiro
  • Monkey D. Luffy
  • Naruto
  • Pegasus Seiya
  • Roronoa Zoro
  • Rukia Kuchiki
  • Sasuke
  • Vegeta
  • Younger Toguro
  • Yusuke Urameshi

If you want to try out the game before its release, make sure you keep that weekend free. If you would rather wait for the full release of the title, Jump Force is due to hit stores on February 15th, 2019.
