DRAGON QUEST XI Patch Finally Lets You Name Your Character Robert

A new Dragon Quest XI: Echoes of an Elusive Age patch doesn't do an awful lot on the PlayStation 4 version of the game, but it does get rid of some strange censorship; "Robert" and several other traditional English names are no longer considered banned words when naming your character.

Here's the full (and very brief) patch notes for the PlayStation 4 version of the game courtesy of Square Enix:

We’ve identified a bug which can sometimes cause the game to crash when the player is 300m away from their horse on the field, this has been fixed.
People’s names (such as “Robert”) have been removed from the list of prohibited words when selecting the main character’s name at the beginning of the game.
Multiple text bugs have been fixed.

The new patch should be available now.
