Introducing the TrueTrophies #PS4Share Of The Week!

By Sam Quirke,
Photo Modes are a fashionable trend in modern console gaming and social media is full of players' proudest snapshots. This year alone we have seen magnificent community images from the likes of God of War, Spider-Man and Shadow of the Tomb Raider. With the gorgeous Assassin's Creed Odyssey landing on our consoles and the spectacular looking Red Dead Redemption 2 arriving at the end of the month, we decided it was high time that we started celebrating the best in-game photographers in our own community.

We've set up a brand new forum, TrueTrophies #PS4Share. We invite you to share your best in-game photos in the forum's submissions thread, discuss which games have the best photo mode and share tips for framing the perfect shot. We're planning to share the very best photos from the forum in a regular article on the home page, so your creative efforts can be seen by all!

If the community gets behind this new forum we may introduce themed Threads, community votes and perhaps even a shiny new community badge.

How do I share my photos?

The TrueTrophies #PS4Share Forum allows you to embed a Tweet, so the fairest way to submit photos is to take the following steps:

  • Link your Twitter account to your TrueTrophies account (check out our Site Help story for instructions and available options for linking your Twitter account to TT).
  • Post your best photos to Twitter using the hashtag #PS4Share, which is automatically added if you hit the "Share" button on your PlayStation 4. Feel free to add a caption if you like!
  • Copy a link to the tweet and post it in the TrueTrophies #PS4Share of the Week Submissions thread.

You can post photos from any game you like, even if it doesn't strictly have a Photo Mode. Whatever you think is worth sharing, please feel free! We'll be back with a round-up of the very best soon.
