Rockstar Reveals the Frontier Towns of Red Dead Redemption 2

Ever coy about sharing too much information, Rockstar have given a little bit of detail about 's locations across the frontier in a new feature on the official website. Here's the lowdown on various ramshackle towns players will ride into.

Valentine is a "raucous" settlement in the Heartlands, featuring livestock auctions and a general good time for all:



Annesburg looks to be considerably more grim, a coal-mining town full of poverty and hard graft in the pit:



Saint-Denis is a more upmarket city benefiting from a significant trade route. As such, people from all walks of life mingle here:



A chillier reception can be found on Mount Hagen, one of the peaks in the Grizzlies of Ambarino:



The town of Rhodes looks "prim and proper" on the surface, but there is a tension between two warring plantations there:



Strawberry is an inconsequential logging town — or it would be, if it weren't for an enterprising new Mayor who thinks he can turn it into a "cultural beacon":



Finally, Lagras is a small, swampy and self-sufficient settlement in the Bayou:



Red Dead Redemption 2 is out on October 26th on PlayStation 4.
