The Last Remnant is Getting a Remaster, Arriving in December

Let's see, what else can we remaster? How about cult classic JRPG from the previous generation, The Last Remnant? Square Enix are on the case and it'll be with us by the end of the year. Hooray! Here's an announcement trailer, celebrating the game's decade of service with a glossy version for modern systems.

For those unfamiliar with the game, The Last Remnant featured a world filled with ancient and powerful artifacts called “Remnants”, objects so powerful that they change the balance of the world and lead to endless conflict between the rulers and the oppressed. The remaster will be $19.99 US (or your local equivalent.

The Last Remnant Remastered arrives on PlayStation 4 on December 6th.
