Trover Saves the Universe's Sweary Weirdness Revealed in PAX West Videos

By Sam Quirke,
The bizarre VR adventure Trover Saves the Universe, revealed at E3 this year, gets two more videos at PAX West. A new trailer is frankly just a trippy mess of profanity-ridden insanity. Warning; There are curse words galore in this.

Meanwhile a full gameplay demo walkthrough... is just as inscrutable, but it's a bit longer. At least it clarifies the relationship between the player and Trover. You exist in the world in first person, but you also control Trover in third person using a virtual PlayStation 4 controller. It's as odd as it sounds and again, the video is full of profanity.

It's basically an extended interactive episode of Interdimensional Cable from Rick and Morty, which is unsurprising seeing as Justin Roiland is behind all of this.

Trover Saves the Universe arrives at some point in early 2019.

We've got the full list of Trover Saves the Universe trophies - check the list for guides to unlocking them.
