The latest entry in the popular side-scrolling stunt bike series, Trials Rising was announced at this year's E3. Now Ubisoft have revealed a release date, along with a new video and news of an upcoming closed beta.
If players want to take part in the closed beta running from September 13th to 16th, they can sign up on the game's official site. Pre-orders are also now available for both the Standard and Gold edition of the game, and doing so rewards players with a gorilla suit and a rugged cowboy costume.
Trials Rising will feature a worldwide tour, with riders travelling to the Eiffel Tower and the Great Wall of China to earn Fame on the way to becoming a Trials champion. Friends will receive notifications when a player beats their high scores. Stadium Finals events have been added, which are three-heat showdowns in which eight riders go head-to-head. The game will also feature tandem riding for the first time, with two players controlling one bike in local co-operative play.
Trials Rising releases on February 12th 2019 on PlayStation 4.
