Battlefield 5 Gets Ready for Gamescom With a New Trailer

Battlefield V is getting ready for Gamescom with a new trailer, highlighting the explosive chaos surrounding the fall of Rotterdam during the Second World War. In the video we see shots of the plane and tank action as well, and some glimpses of other locations such as North Africa.

At the end of the trailer there's a very short sneak peek at what we presume to be the franchise's fiery take on Battle Royale, with the genres' typical shrinking circle of safety represented by a hellish wall of fire closing in on all sides. It almost makes up for that horrendous cover of "House of the Rising Sun".

Battlefield V arrives on October 19th on PlayStation 4.
