Call of Duty: WWII's Days of Summer Features Tiny Toy Soliders

By Sam Quirke,
The "Days of Summer" event has become a mainstay of the Call of Duty calendar, and Call of Duty: WWII is no different. For this iteration of the event players will be able to inhabit tiny toy soldiers, Toy Story style, as they battle it out over a literal sandbox map — if the final few seconds are anything to go by, some monstrous Sid-like character will try and burn the plastic platoon alive with a magnifying glass while they're scrapping.

Three new weapons arrive with the event, the Ribeyrolles, the 3-Line Rifle and the Automaton. New Hawaii-style outfits and decals will feature, as well as a new Dogfighting mode and of course a new community event.

The event has already started, with PlayStation 4 players able to play the Sandbox map ahead of other consoles.

We've got the full list of Call of Duty: WWII trophies - check the list for guides to unlocking them.
