The Caligula Effect Gets an Overdose on PlayStation 4

By Sam Quirke, 10 days ago
The Caligula Effect was a Vita title revolving around a virtual paradise that harboured dark secrets. Now the game is getting a full home console version complete with additional features and enhanced visuals.

Called The Caligula Effect: Overdose, the enhanced version comes with improved visuals and additional content. You'll be able to explore new scenarios and endings previously unseen, and even play as an entirely new protagonist. The gameplay revolves around turn-based strategy, with the Imaginary Chain providing you with an opportunity to predict your opponents' next moves. You can make friends with over 500 students in your rebellion against the system as you fight to escape to reality.

The Caligula Effect: Overdose does not have a release date but is headed to PlayStation 4 at some point in "early" 2019.

We don't have them yet, but we'll publish a story as soon as we pick up the The Caligula Effect: Overdose trophies.
