Firewall Zero Hour Drops Intel on Release Date and Pre-Orders By Sam Quirke, 29 Jun 2018 CommentsUpcoming VR tactical shooter Firewall Zero Hour has been turning heads since its announcement at PSX last year, but we haven't seen much detail in the months since. At E3 we heard a little about the game from the developers, but this week we've got something a little more substantial: A brand new gameplay trailer, a release date and details on pre-order bonuses. The video above is worth a watch as it gives you a much stronger flavour of the action. Players will be able to move and aim freely (unlike many VR titles) and the trailer lingers on the finer details that this manoeuvrability can bring, quietly opening doors and creeping around furniture. It also shows how communication is crucial when planning your defence. If you decide to pre-order Firewall, you will receive the "Zero Hour" pack which contains:Exclusive Character CamoExclusive TrinketExclusive Weapon CamoExclusive Face Paint/CamoExclusive Velcro PatchExtra In-Game CurrencyDouble XP for 24 Hours‘Texas’ Contractor UnlockWhat is the 'Texas' Contractor Unlock, you ask? Well, it's this soldier here: She's an American contractor called Sarah Wells and she has "a unique skill that allows her to take less bullet damage". In the video above she is sporting all of the "Zero Hour" cosmetics, but you can of course apply those to any character you like should you choose to pre-order.Firewall Zero Hour will break in to retail on August 29th. It will be available physically and feature in a new bundle with the PS Aim controller. We've got the full list of Firewall Zero Hour trophies - check the list for guides to unlocking them.PlayStation VRRelease DateVideoUpcoming Release Written by Sam QuirkeSam has been a Newshound since 2016 and is now the Editor for both TrueAchievements and TrueTrophies.
