Sense: A Cyberpunk Story Headed to PlayStation 4 and Vita

The gaming community has rallied once again to bring a game idea to life, as received 500% backing on its Kickstarter campaign.



Sense is a cyberpunk themed horror title with inspiration from Clock Tower and Fatal Frame, follow the story of Mei Lin Mak as she gets dragged into a centuries-old mystery. Mei's reality will be questioned as she begins to doubt the truth seen by her cybernetic eyes. To escape her nightmare Mei must puzzle out the connections between fourteen lost souls and resolve her own family's curse.



A 2.5D investigative adventure, you will have to explore every corner of this carefully drawn vision of Neo Hong Kong to resolve the mystery. Character work is inspired by Masamune Shirow, (Ghost in the Shell, Dominion Tank Police) and Chifumi Suzuki (Fatal Frame, Dead or Alive).

As well as Steam and even the Nintendo Switch, Sense has been funded for PlayStation 4 and Vita release, with the latter hopefully getting a physical publication thanks to a tentative deal with EastAsiaSoft. You can follow campaign updates on Kickstarter and even try out an early build demo on itch.io.

No launch date has been confirmed, but the developers have suggested a release window in the second half of 2019.
