New Tales of Vesperia: Definitive Edition Screens and Cover Art

By Ethan Anderson, 1 year ago
Tales of Vesperia: Definitive Edition was announced just yesterday at Microsoft's E3 conference with a trailer, and today, a number of screenshots of the game have been released. The screens show some of the combat as well as a few of the towns that are visited in the game.

Initially, players will be following the story of Yuri Lowell as he attempts to retrieve a stolen Blastia Core. The core regulates his neighbourhood's water supply, and without it, the area is flooded. What starts off as a simple task eventually becomes a worldwide journey with a colourful cast of characters. In Definitive Edition, two of these characters are brand-new party members: Yuri's childhood friend Flynn Scifo, and a young pirate named Patty Fleur. This updated version also includes added scenarios, locations, and costumes that are brand-new for Western players.

You will be able to embark on this journey when Tales of Vesperia: Definitive Edition launches this winter.

We've got the full list of Tales of Vesperia: Definitive Edition trophies - check the list for guides to unlocking them.
