CyberPunk 2077 Revealed With In-Engine Trailer

By Kevin Tavore,
After The Witcher 3: Wild Hunt, many gamers would (fairly) argue that CD Projekt Red can do no wrong, which meant their next project was bound to generate plenty of excitement. That project is Cyberpunk 2077. The game was actually announced a few years back when it was still in the concept phase, but since The Witcher 3's DLC development ended, the developer has been full steam ahead on the new title. At Microsoft's E3 press conference, we finally got a taste of the world we'll one day join.

Cyberpunk 2077

Obviously, it's a cyberpunk setting. We see futuristic cars, glowing clothes, a metropolis and lots of guns. A ton of guns, actually. We also get a look at someone who might just be the main protagonist. The trailer doesn't tell you much about the gameplay, but with CDPR's pedigree, it doesn't need to. Instead, it tells us the tone and lets us dream about what's coming.

CyberPunk 2077 is currently without a release date. We'll let you know when we get more information, but CDPR are known for taking their time.

We don't have them yet, but we'll publish a story as soon as we pick up the Cyberpunk 2077 trophies.
