God of War Photo Mode Update Live Now

By Ethan Anderson, 3 months ago
Santa Monica Studio has been constantly updating God of War since its release with various fixes, most of which have been minor. For this recent update (1.20), the developer has added a photo mode to the game that they have been teasing for a while now. The photo mode can be accessed via the options menu or through the touch pad if it is mapped using Touch Pad Quick Access in your settings.

The photo mode has five customisation tabs, which are as follows:

Camera: Adjust the Field of View, Focal Length, and Camera Roll.

Aperture: Adjust the Depth of Field, Focus Distance, and F-Stop.

Filters: Adjust the Film Grain, Exposure, Filter, and Filter Intensity options.

Borders: Add a Vignette and adjust the Vignette Intensity, and Vignette Falloff. This includes a variety of Border styles and the official God of War logo.

Characters: Toggle the visibility of Kratos, Atreus, and all other characters in the scene. And my personal favorite, we’ve added the ability to change Kratos and Atreus’s facial expressions!
This update came along with a few other changes as well. The text size in all UI and menus has been globally increased, and Rage Mode can now be remapped.

We've got the full list of God of War trophies - check the list for guides to unlocking them.
