World of Tanks Soviet Dream Machines Event Live During May

By Kelly Packard, 1 year ago
The beginning of May marks the launch of the Soviet Dream Machines event exclusively for the console versions of World of Tanks. Throughout the event, players can earn points simply for playing the game. Those points can then be exchanged for rewards of varying degrees, all the way up to the Tier VIII Motherland tank.

Points earned are based on where players placed on the post-battle results:

  • 4th or 5th top XP earner on your team: 1 Point
  • 2nd or 3rd top XP earner on your team: 3 Points
  • Top XP earner on your team: 5 points
Points can be redeemed for prizes ranging from 15 to 1,000 points. Things start off small with experience boosters, but look further up the list to find different-tiered Soviet tanks like the Tier III T-29 at 225 points, the Tier V KV-220-2 at 500 points, the T-50-2 at 650 points, the Tier VII ISU-122S at 825 points, and the Tier VIII Motherland at 1,000 points. All tanks purchased with points come with 100% trained crews and a garage slot. If you happen to redeem a tank you already own, the silver value of the tank will be given to you instead.

For the details and full list of rewards, see the official post about the Soviet Dream Machines event here. The event is live now until May 28th. Be sure to redeem all points before the end date or they will be lost.

We've got the full list of World of Tanks trophies - check the list for guides to unlocking them.
