The "Shrines of the Eidolon" update for Warframe
will rebalance weapons and warframes, and add new content, including ridable Dargyns, Eidolons, and a new consumable for recycling Riven Mods.
Players logging into Warframe
within one week of the launch of the "Shrine of the Eidolon" update will receive the following rewards:
- Three-day Affinity Booster
- 3 x Forma
- Exilus Adaptor
The "Shrine of the Eidolon" update will rebalance a number of Warframes, including Ember, Atlas, and Zephyr, in addition to adjusting the Mastery Ranking of over 150 weapons.
Tenno will have new transport options on the Plains of Eidolon once the new update drops. They will be able to hijack Dargyns from Grineer patrols and use their built-in weapons to dominate the skies.
The "Shrine of the Eidolon" update will add two new Eidolons to Warframe
. The Gantulyst is almost twice the size of the original Teralyst from "Plains of Eidolon" and has a huge boulder as an arm. It can hurl massive energy balls and radiates Sentient energy in all directions.
In contrast, the Hydrolyst creates toxic storm clouds that pour out poisonous Sentient energy and constantly damage any Tenno in range.
The Hydrolyst will drop a guaranteed Riven Transmuter for worthy Tenno. The Riven Transmuter is a consumable item that allows players to recycle four Riven Mods into a brand new one. Combining four Riven Mods of one type (e.g. shotgun) will create a new Riven Mod of the same type as the source material.
The "Shrine of the Eidolon" update for Warframe
will be available on March 6th.
