With three days until winter starts, CD Projekt Red has announced the Midwinter update, the biggest yet to Gwent: The Witcher Card Game
, with many new cards and even a trailer.
The 55-second trailer gives us a sneak peek at the upcoming new cards for the update, which also brings a new daily quest system to the game, a new deck builder, a matchmaking screen UI rework, new visual effects, combat text in the game, a new limit of nine units per row, and most importantly, 100 new cards.

As if that wasn't enough, the game also brings a new holiday event, Midwinter Hunt, which will allow players to unlock a new avatar, border and title.
