The Evil Within 2 Gets the Giggles in New Gameplay Video

The Evil Within 2 is catching up to us from out of the darkness. It's been stalking the halls of a few gaming conferences in recent months, such as Gamescom last month, and yet more players got to experience it at the PAX West event last weekend. If they dared.

Playing with your eyes shut is tempting, but not very practical.

For those of us unable to make it to these shows, Bethesda Softworks has released a segment of gameplay footage revealing a hideous cackling monster stalking Sebastian with a giant sawblade. Lucky us, eh?

You can watch the footage of the hulking gruesome Guardian below. Fair warning – there's a little swearing from our unlucky protagonist. In his shoes I would probably drop some curse words myself...

The Evil Within 2 is scheduled for release on October 13th (of course) on Playstation 4.
