Of the new IP revealed at the E3 press conferences, few generated buzz like Hazelight's debut, A Way Out
. The prison breakout co-op-only game is the latest to reside under the EA Originals banner, which the publisher initiated last year to improve their catalog with indie-spirited games.
The game director, Josef Fares, brought impressive energy to his stage presentation at EA Play, but it was apparently neither nerves nor a facade that made him so jumpy. In this sitdown interview and demo, you can see that's simply the type of person Fares is. He loves this game, and he's really hoping players do, too.
